We want to give you the best possible service that we can. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we provided then you should tell us, straightaway. We will do our very best to resolve the problem. In the first instance you should try to resolve the issue with the contact person who is dealing with your case. You should discuss your concerns and what steps should be taken to resolve your issue. If a resolution is not mutually agreeable then you should forward your complaint to the administrator@blaxstone.co.uk , and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
